It is a comfort to those left behind to see the respect accorded and to know that their loved ones are not forgotten. CASPER have attended at the funeral of serving officer PC Paul Soulsby aged 37 in Penzance and attended the funeral of the late Cyril Dumbleton who was almost 101.
